"Lobby and reception: The lobby is a lovely place to chill. It has a bar and restaurant round each corner also. They stored our bags as we couldn’t check in before 3 and also stored them after we checked out. Staff were all friendly and spoke very good English (thank you to them as our polish is terrible). The rooms: Clean and well decorated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and nice but the water pressure was a little low. Tea and coffee and some free water available as well as shower gel...

"Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price "

"I stayed in a private room with two twin beds with use of a common bathroom. The room was neat and clean, with basic amenities including an electric kettle, cups, a small table and side tables for the beds. Tile floors, pretty bare walls and the light fixture was a bulb hung in a big pickle jar, which amused me. But really, if they dressed it up with a bit of color and a couple of fancier headboards, it wouldn’t be much different than a much more expense hotel room, other than sharing a...
