"Great place to explore cornwall Accomodation is well equipped and a welcome home from home to come back too and chill after a days exploring visited out of holiday season so cannot review resturant and entertainment but me and my older son used the bar and enjoyed the pool table and a pint after a day off site.. shop had all the essentials needed and check in faultless.. "Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."

"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "

"Bedrooms a lot smaller than expected Double bed very small more like a three quarter bed and mattress very hard and uncomfortable both my husband and I are small but didn’t have much room to turn over and woke each other up when we moved and ached all over in the morning Several times we both nearly fell out of the bed The rest of the accommodation was satisfactory and clean "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
