"We were lucky that not many people were staying at the hotel, making it peaceful and quiet. We also had the chance to enjoy their barrel sauna. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the spa and outdoor jacuzzi were closed, and while the pub was open, it was undergoing a small renovation and felt cold. Other than that, the food was delicious. Overall, I’d recommend it! ☺️"

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "The perfect place for spending NY or just a winter getaway. Very nice and clean resort with a relaxing sauna, steam sauna and outdoors hot tub. The suite had a fireplace right beside the snowy balcony which felt very cozy. The receptionist was very friendly. I would definitely come back."

"Beautiful cottage on a beautiful location. The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories."

"The home is conveniently located in Bracebridge. It's a corner lot, and both streets had little traffic running by. We were also close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to the grocery store. The property pictures do not do the house justice. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with appliances, dishwater and linens. Thank you, Wendy, for your part in our family enjoying a great weekend."
