"Property was nice and cottage was nice. The walkway from the cottage to the hot tub/dock could be improved as it was very rocky, sloped and not very wide due to weeds growing. Could have easily slipped and fell there. The dock was very nice although the ladder to get in/out of the water was unusable as 3 out of 4 bolts had rotted out of the wood. We had to get in and out of the water climbing on the rocks which were a bit slick so that wasn’t ideal. Overall the property was nice and the location...

"We are so thankful for Alvaro who hosted our big family gathering. The cottage is so clean and nice, with very pretty views of the lake and colourful trees in the fall season. Property was well managed, and everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend staying here!! "

"Wonderful property! Secluded, but leisurely walk to town. Delightful area of the world!! Works great by boat to get to towns around the lake. Nice water toys provided. Our grandkids ranged from 6 to 18 and they all loved it. "

"Alona's cottage was a great spot to hang with friends for the weekend. It had everything you need, including a dock with sun access throughout the day! Alona is a responsive host and answered all the questions I had for her very quickly. "

"It was paradise, couldnt of asked for a better spot. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. I think we used every accommodation it had to offer and it did not disapoint. Simon is a 10/10 host, it is obvious he takes very good care of his properties, he made sure we were good and left us to our selves. We hope to go north again next year and we will for sure be contacting Simon. PS the fishing was great!"

"This beautiful cottage is on a beautiful property with excellent privacy. It has all of the necessities and canoe,paddle board and kayak. It is a gem. The wraparound deck with the large hammock was a favourite of ours during our stay. The dock was reached with ease and was very large with lovely views of the lake. I experienced ease of communication with the rental process. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Paula"

"The location is good. Close to the beach and grocery store. The swim area access slippery and rocky so I recommend to bring water shoes. The lake is not too busy with motor boats so we were able to catch some fish. The hosts were nice and responsive. Overall nice stay."

"The perfect place for spending NY or just a winter getaway. Very nice and clean resort with a relaxing sauna, steam sauna and outdoors hot tub. The suite had a fireplace right beside the snowy balcony which felt very cozy. The receptionist was very friendly. I would definitely come back."

The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories."

"The home is conveniently located in Bracebridge. It's a corner lot, and both streets had little traffic running by. We were also close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to the grocery store. The property pictures do not do the house justice. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with appliances, dishwater and linens.
