"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. If youre looking for a luxury hotel with once in a lifetime views of mt Fuji, this is the place for you. "

"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Public onsen was beautiful and could be accessed privately late at night or during day (late morning/ early afternoon) and private onsen can be booked at reveption for 45 mins for 3300 yen. You are provided with slippers and a yukata for your stay as long as the usual amenities in your room. The breakfast, tea with cakes, and drinks reception with snacks daily was a lovely touch.
