They also have lockers you can use on the day of checkout to store luggage until you leave the Mt. Fuji area! "

"We had the best time on our 1 night stay here. We booked a room with a private onsen and half board. It was very easy for us to call for the hotel shuttle when we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station. There is an area for hotel shuttle pick up where we waited for only 10 min or so. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The heater in the room worked well. The private bathroom, shower, and onsen all worked well. I loved that we had a view of Mt Fuji from our private onsen bath when the clouds were clear. Our kaiseki dinner was served in our room and it was delicious. The chef even had an extra seasonal dish included with our meal. It was such a wonderful new experience for us. Breakfast also very delicious and set up in the common eating area which had a great view of the the late and mountains. The hotel has a great rooftop Mt. Fuji view of the whole area and I recommend venturing up there. We did not have time to visit the public onsen but I would love to visit here again in the future and try it out. The staff was kind and helpful, everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing. "

"Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious. Food was excellent with a great view of mount Fuji. Easy to find with GPS and lots of parking. Very quick drive down to the city, if renting a car be sure to equip winter tires in the winter months incase it starts to snow. "
