"Not impressed with property, communication during check in was poor, no cell reception in country, no help from door people, sat in Starbucks for 2.5 hrs trying to talk to owner, balcony and pool inaccessible, entrance door didn’t open properly, had problem with turning on stove, no hot water for last two days of our trip, cheap pillows on beds, for this price I expect a little better quality, water ran continuously in master bath toilet."

"We stayed for 4 days, and really enjoyed our condo. There is a grocery store and lots of places to eat within walking distance. We walked to the Soriana each evening and our last night we went to get pizza, tacos, and Asian food. It was nice not having to worry about parking! The condo has plenty of space, and the views were spectacular! Checking in and out was easy. The host speaks English, which made communicating stress free! 😎😊"

"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "
