The hotel was well situated. However, the AC was very limited and room was just ok. The elevator needs adjustment as it was not align with the floor. This could be a problem for people on wheelchairs or the elderly. I was very impressed with the warm welcome by the staff. The staff were excellent.

Excelente hotel para trámite de Visa.Te llevan y traen del consulado americano solo coordina la hora de tu entrevista para que alcances lugar en el horario que desees te lleven, en mi caso les informe hasta que me hospede y me comentaron que justo solo tenían espacio en el horario que yo requería, así que como sugerencia avisen al hotel al momento de reservar que requieren transporte en cierto horario al consulado para que les aparten lugar, gracias a Dios yo alcance pero pudo no haber espacio en mi horario, la propina al chófer es opcional por este transporte, el chófer muy muy amable.El desayuno también muy bien,es tipo buffet, no es que tengas opciones varias pero en mi caso quede satisfecha con todo el servicio. En cuestión de habitación las almohadas las sentí un poquitín duras y las toallas algo viejillas jeje pero limpias, como sugerencia al hotel tal vez unas almohadas más suaves o ergonómicas vendrían muy bien... En cuestión de recepción trate de comunicarme a recepción con el teléfono de la habitación y no logré contactar, me dio flojera bajar y mejor me quedé con mi duda hasta el siguiente día jeje... Pero bueno, después de mi choro.. yo lo recomiendo ampliamente para este tipo de trámites en mi caso solo fue una noche y estuvo excelente.
