"Do not book this listing. I never received the check in information and called VRBO twice and spoke to two different reps. I held on the line for a long time but was then disconnected and had to find an alternative option for our stay. Do not book here. I will be seeking a refund."

"Stayed here to be close to family we are visiting. Pros: Great design and styling, comfortable beds, clean space, quality bathroom, tv, mini fridge, good location for our purposes, and quiet community. Con: overwhelmingly strong air freshener. Highly recommended a less strong one or lower setting. We moved it outside and attempted to air out the unit but still was bothered by the fragrance. Overall, would stay here again. "

"Some communication issues were immediately evident from both VRBO and owner. Once we were in touch with owner, communication was great. Property had some higher level maintenance needs which I shared with owner. Was not pleased with how I was treated afterward. Was a good stay overall. Neighoborhood was great, location was great as well for our needs in the area. Nice place, has everything one needs for sleeping, cooking, hygeine, and even a little private outdoor relaxation in a hammock. I...

"Beautiful neighborhood, was perfectly centered for us to travel to a tigers game and cape Canaveral . There was a manned launch on one of the nights and we could see it from the deck. Friendly attentive owners, would definitely recommend."

"Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

"The parking is close to building. The condo was very clean. It’s good for a family of 4. My contact with the host was good before my trip. There’s a cute little porch to sit in having morning coffee. My friend came with me as my husband couldn’t and I came for my daughter’s baby shower. I would stay there again if I needed to. Great place!"
