"We enjoyed our stay - especially did our daughters, 9 and 11 years old. They were so entertained interacting with goats and horses, feeding them in the morning before we would head out to NASA. We could have coffee in peace watching over greenery. The place was clean, spacious, nice bathroom, had kitchenware and fridge. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. We ve tried something different and everyone loved it! "

"Loved this place. I didn't need a hotel, just a comfortable place to rest after enjoying local activities. I could walk to everything including a grocery. Dont sit. Get out. Take the trolly. Go to the Saturday market. The neighbors were very cool. Loved it so much I extended my stay twice, thanks to the owners who were very accommodating. I will use this place again."

"Very clean, and beautiful inside. Weird location however I felt very safe. Everyone was very nice. host was amazing and responded quickly to my messages.There are a few cons no carts or dolly's to help bring stuff to apartment, no smoking facility I had to walk off property to smoke a cigarettes.they have Quiet time from 9pm to 8am I understand why the would however my grand babies surprised me and it was very stressful trying to keep them quiet they are under the age of 3. "

"This property had a main house and then the garage was converted to the VRBO. It was extremely clean, both beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The only negatives were that it was in a slightly sketchy neighborhood and I wish there was a tv in the bedrooms. Also, I wish there was a welcome binder With rules for checkout. "Wanted a place near Kennedy Space Center for a couple of days for 5-6 people, including teens, and 2 dogs. (ended up not bringing the dogs, but Tom was very helpful prior regarding questions!) Must have realistic expectations; it's not the Hilton! Very basic accommodations in an old Florida home. Would have liked more updated options in the kitchen and newer/more comfortable mattresses, but it worked. Tom was very responsive and helpful when there were a couple of small issues. "
