"The villa was just as described in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the town and beach. The facilities in the villa were terrific and our host Zoubida had thought of everything one would want on holiday. It was great to find wine, beer and other food in the fridge on arrival. It was my wife's birthday and Zoubida had even got some birthday balloons. Zoubida is without doubt the best host we have had the pleasure of dealing with on any holiday rental. "We had a lovely time in your villa. The only recommendation we have is that the outside room/annex was extremely hot even with a fan being purchased. The was no curtain on the door which added to the heat of the room. The description mentioned air con however this was only in one bedroom so the rest of the house was at times very hot and humid. Air con in every room would be beneficial. The swimming pool is as described, for 7 persons this was quite small. The villa manager was very helpful...

"We spent a lovely three-week holiday at this villa. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The pool was wonderful. The garden is very large, and is in keeping with the surrounding landscape. There were lovely shaded areas too. The very large television was ideal for watching the Euro football. The hostess is very friendly. She lives in an adjoining property but is very discreet. The nearby town St. Maximin is about a 10 minute drive away, and lovely for morning...

"We had an excellent two week stay at this lovely property near to Gemenos. Our family group of 11 ranged from children to grandparents. The house is very well equipped and the grounds are the standout feature with lots of space for everyone to relax. The pool is a great size for a larger group. It is possible to walk to a nearby restaurant which was great for us. We only really used the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen as we spend much of our stay in the gardens. Given the heat there were...
