He said everything was self-check-in, and he didn't understand me, implying I shouldn't bother him. The hotel doesn't have fringe or complimentary bottled water, as listed on hotels.com. "Hotel is in a great location in the old town. Despite being central, I didn't feel that my room was overly noisy. The hotel decor and rooms are a little dated and in need of modernisation and some minor repairs, but everything was clean and tidy.
