"I like the minimalist decor and the comfort of the hotel. There was nothing I did not like, other than being told that I should not use Expedia but make reservations directly with the hotel and that despite my Expedia reservation, I would be given a nice room.. This did not make sense to me."

Great place to stay, excellent service.

"Service at the front desk was great. Our room was beautiful. My only complaint is there was no microwave or mini fridge To store the delicious leftovers from Rare, Fratelli’s, and Giardino. The valet accidentally took keys for a different vehicle out of our car when we arrived. We realized when we got home to CT that we didn’t have the keys to our other vehicle. The hotel had someone deliver the keys to us. "
