"The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s even more amazing in person! It’s so spacious inside and the garden is lovely and big. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with fresh bedding. The bathroom has a lovely shower and separate bath with a good flow and temperature. The hand soap was quite low and when you pressed down it squirted quite far so be careful! "Carol was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. We got to pat one of her adorable dogs and see cute sheep out the window every day. Lovely place to stay if you like quiet and a rural location! Some of the roads close to the cottage are one way just to bare in mind and we had deer crossing where the woods are one night (which we were very excited to see!), so please drive carefully. Cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable, and with a smart TV which was an added bonus!...

"We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "

"This is a great alternative to a city centre hotel, the cottage is very clean, quiet and within a short walk to all the attractions of Canterbury. I stayed with my wife and 2 children and we had all we needed for the weekend. Lindsay was a great host and communication was quick. We had no issues at all during our stay and would recommend this cottage."

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."
