"The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed: for 3 adults and 2 dogs. 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beach is very close, great for long walks with the pups. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and upscale. The large deck overlooking the yard was very comfortable. Just what we wanted! Maria was anlways available and helpful. Planning our next trip now, and this is the place to stay!!"

"Alison's house is adorable!! She really puts a lot time and thought into her decor. I appreciated this because it created such a nice atmosphere vs. some rentals that are just bare bones. The front porch and front yard were my favorite; comfortable and clean furniture and the house is set back from the road so it's quiet and relaxing. The location was great-such a quick walk to Asbury Avenue which is where the local downtown shops and restaurants are. It was also nice to go for a run on the 9th...

"The location is excellent, especially for off-season if you want to still be near open restaurants and amenities! The check in process was smooth and easy. Host required us to bring sheets and towels, and the tv only had DirecTV (we couldn’t find any hookups for streaming services). "

"We had a great stay with 6 guests and our fur friends. Everything we needed was in the house. The kids loved the bikes, kept them busy while we weren't out and about. Park down the road is lovely and great for doing a few laps with the dog in the morning. Hot tub and fire pit were supurb! Communication response time with owner was excellent.
