"This was a perfect apartment for a visit with family and friends in Boston. It's conveniently located near all kinds of great places to shop and eat. It's located on the second and third floors, with easy access from the backyard (which is where the very convenient parking was). Nice, spacious layout with a well equipped kitchen and big dining table (that was great for having people over for dinner!). "They let us come in early (before 4), we spent 2 nights there, leaving before 11 on the final day. Our host was very responsive which was great"

"Big problem communicating with the host. I was told this was one of 160 properties run by this company, and the host was communicating from out of the country. Very difficult to run a business like this. We were without hot water for nine days.Walk two blocks to my daughters to take a shower. Maintenance man walked in the unit and unannounced. This is unacceptable.Would not recommend to stay here. "
