Straightforward aircon/heat management, which warmed the room up well as needed. Excellent breakfast. Could not fault any member of staff ... service was excellent. "

"Really central place to stay in York. Parking expensive if you are coming by car. Hotel has good facilities, Queen room not spacious but perfectly adequate with fridge, hairdryer, iron and safe. "
