"A group of friends go away together every MLK weekend. We're pretty picky about the place we stay in, as we need enough beds for 9-10 women, a good number of bathrooms, a big living room for us to all gather in, a large table to eat at and craft on, and a kitchen big enough for us to cook various meals. This house fit the bill, and we had a lovely stay. All communication was prompt, we were allowed to check out 2 hours later because of the snow, and we even got some fresh eggs delivered to us...

"We needed a place to unwind and disconnect from our NY crazy life and this was the perfect place to do it. It was super clean, welcoming and cozy. Excellent location to enjoy snow activities, farm animals (loved the alpacas, chickens, and goats), and farmer markets. Totally recommended!! We’ll come back! "

"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"What a wonderful weekend we had here. The home is gorgeous (the plants are amazing!) and the property is beautiful. It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "We were in town for a family gathering and wanted to stay nearby. This property was clean, modern, well decorated, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and listening to quiet nature. Our kids enjoyed seeing animals at a farm nearby, as well as the trampoline. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to cook in. Overall, a great stay and clear communication with host. We hope to stay again in the future and try out the fire pit! "

"The farm was so beautiful! We had a farming experience. You could feed the cows and get the eggs. We rode on a tractor and in a motorcycle around the farm. We loved it! The room was great and the house gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious! We are eager to go back to stay again."
