"Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often. "We came to Statesboro to spend some time with our Son and his family. Their place is not big enough for all of us so we rented this unit so we all could spend our time together. Very nice place with lots of space and parking. Had everything we needed and was comfortable. "

"Perfect place to join our daughter’s for our last KD parents weekend! The home is well stocked, beds are comfortable and clean. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Only wish it had been warm enough to use the beautiful pool and deck. "

"The house was gorgeous and so spacious. Plenty of room and space for our family. The living spaces on the main floor are tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as perfect. We had everything we needed.We highly recommend this exquisite home if you ever need to stay in Statesboro. "

"This is not a single family home. Although my family was the only one staying here this could have been uncomfortable had other people been staying there as well. The room I stayed in was very small so would not want to spend a lot of time in there if uncomfortable with other people staying in common room. "The duplex was cute and clean when we arrived. Air conditioner worked great and the house stayed cool. The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood which was nice! The beds are SUPER comfy!! "
