While we were a little early for all the fun lake activities (temps ranged from 50s-80s) we took advantage of every part of the spacious home as best we could. The home was perfect, super clean, with areas to relax inside and outside. It was easy to find down a very well maintained dirt road and exceeded my expectations. "The property is close to Eatonton and Milledgville which both have great shopping and places to eat. The house is very clean and cozy and close to the water. The inside was roomy for just two people but had other rooms if you have more guests. The dock is new and very well designed for enjoying Lake Sinclair's beautiful views! Cassandra was very nice and attentive for our questions and needs and was always prompt getting back with us! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th...
