"Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot. "

"PRO:Close to mall and public transportation. CON: Management and staff could use training/refresher in customer service and communication skills. They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while...

"What a delight to open the kitchen curtains and seeing the beautiful lake! Peaceful, refreshing, perfect way to start the holiday or any memory moment! This was our second stay at the house and it was better than the first! We hiked locally and enjoyed the events throughout the town. "

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "
