Every time i walk pass the desk he check in to see if i needed anything he also let me use a vacuum for my vacuum seal bag he bought it to me which was so niceee i even needed tape he bought that up to my Room as well overall ill say really great location convenient 20 mins from time square with no traffic bus route right outside of hotel very convenient. I will be coming back to this hotel. It even had a buffet inside roof top bar , fitness center and kids play area! Definitely get your money worth and extra for your stay. "
