Breezy Meadow One - here it is - a charming custom built cottage less than a mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Guests can view the Dreams Park fireworks from the deck. Come and enjoy outside dining and relaxing.  A 10 x 16 rear deck overlooks 4 acres of manicured lawn with a scenic pond.  Unwind and enjoy fresh country air.  This cozy 2 bedroom home has a queen bed in each bedroom -  a perfect choice for a family of 2 - 4 people.

Fabulous property, tremendous hosts
We were absolutely thrilled with this cozy cabin RIGHT DOWN THE STREET from dreams park. It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.
