"The property was clean and sizeable, which was as great for 5x adults looking to have individual rooms. The property was central - 10 minute walk to pubs and 20 minutes to the main bury st Edmund’s streets. Would recommend"

"While there was some confusion and anxiety on our first day regarding fees, and the exterior of the property was unkempt, the stay was good and our host provided excellent communications. I would add that the furniture is inusually well-used."

"This is a large house, which could potentially sleep 7 in 4 bedrooms. It was very clean throughout and 2 bathrooms was helpful. It is a 35 minute walk from the city but it’s an easy walk! Taxi’s were also reasonable. Would recommend for a group!"

"Lovely property, everything that we needed. The house is huge, facilities great...I would definitely stay again. I would like to point out, bedroom two is separated from the room by a curtain, it wasn't a problem. I love the garden made me feel home from home, it a place to relax. Communication was excellent."

"I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). You are close to the street, have no privacy, and the downstairs bathroom smells like fish and chips. With it being the...

"we had a great day, Luca was extremely accommodating and provided to travel cots for us as we had two babies with us. We love the small little touches in the property. Very close to all the local amenities literally walking distance from Cambridge city centre. The property was nice and clean, The parking being walking distance was a slight issue, but with two babies, but we managed to work around it"
