"The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

"Positives: the food served at the main restaurant was pretty good; we reserved a land view room, but had a view of the ocean and pool; each building has its own pool & lots of beach access, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded or finding loungers; weather was lovely; front desk agent speaks English and was very helpful; spa attendant was great Negatives: only a few employees speak English; and the worst part is the "Fortezza team." "So this had to have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't explain the whole story and it is a big scam and false advertisement. The rooms are run down and dirtyyyyy. I don't think they clean the rooms after each stay because the floor is covered in soot, and the sheets are all stained. The AC unit do not work and there are roaches. I am going to try and get a refund back because this is unacceptable. I got there at 1am and we were a pretty big family so we had no choice...

"The house itself is quite nice, with a private swimming pool and stunning views. The house had everything you need whether you wanna cook or you need a sunblock before swimming. The house is about 30-40mim drive to Bodrum. Paula, the property manager was very kind and responsive. I have forgotten few stuffs and she kindly mailed it to me. Overall, we had a really great experience. I will definitely recommend this place for couples and family."

"The ownership management were very professional and cooperative. There was a water supply issue in the area for one night, but the management provided 5-litre bottles of water for use during water outage. The rooms, kitchens, ACs, WiFi, were all great. The location was also wonderful, close to a beach, and the Bodrum airport. "

"It was the best hotel in every aspect. The biggest issue was that we visited during the off-season, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the restaurant, pool, and activities would be closed. While we enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing stay, it could feel a bit boring at times."
