"The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

And every time the chef welcomes you at the entrance.. Rooms: we stayed in deluxe rooms - we had jacuzzi, access to the swimming pool. "So this had to have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't explain the whole story and it is a big scam and false advertisement. The rooms are run down and dirtyyyyy. I don't think they clean the rooms after each stay because the floor is covered in soot, and the sheets are all stained. The AC unit do not work and there are roaches. I am going to try and get a refund back because this is unacceptable. I got there at 1am and we were a pretty big family so we had no choice...
