So convenient- near Centrale, and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to travel far. Rooms are clean and Flavia is a great host. Only complaint is that the area is a little noisy with truck traffic.

This place is a bed and breakfast in an older commercial building. Close to Milan train station and could be hard to find. Received prearrival message with a map which was helpful. Light breakfast was good, delivered yet to your room. Bedroom a good size, shower too small. Ok for a short stay. Elevator very small, could be a problem if you have more than one piece.

The smell from the washroom is terrible , it makes me headache everyday, and it is not fixable because it comes from the whole building . Staff is good and warm , nearby area is perfect , a lot of good dinning places surround , very convenient to take metro and train . If they can fix the toilet smell problem , it will be a perfect place to stay

Business trip to Milan
I was in Milan for a huge fair and there were no decent affordable hotels around. The area is not so charming but very convenient, just a few Minutes from Milano Centrale. The service was very friendly and efficient, the room had hotel standard, clean and in a good shape. The concept works well when in Milan for business for a couple of days. I will definitely consider M2M for coming business trips.

Decent size room, compact but efficient bathroom, all clean and tidy. The property had everything thing I needed for a comfortable stay (comfy bed, climate control, TV, minibar, coffee maker, good soap/shampoo, etc). The location was very convenient to the central station making it easy to get to the airport. And a tasty continental breakfast brought to my door! The only 2 minor issues were the steps leading up to the small elevator (difficult to navigate a large suitcase but manageable) and a very perfumy smell in the room (I'm sensitive to scents).

We enjoyed our stay. Great location near the Centrale station. Like another reviewer, we did not receive the Welcome email. Fortunately, I saw the review and I was able to contact them the day before our arrival. It was not easy, Expedia makes it hard to communicate with M2M directly.

Loved the room!!! Hotel is on one floor of a building, which is pretty unique. It was quiet but not uncomfortable. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here 3 nights , good location with nice walks to sight seeing and shops .. lots of restaurants with 5 minutes walk , really good food . Also only 5 minute walk from train station . Service was really fantastic .. would recommend and will stay upon return 👍

Very very kind and smiling staff. I was arriving early and they wrote to me that my room was ready hours before checkin. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast at the room every morning. Just tell them what time you want it. There is a lot of restaurants just around the corner. Central station a few minutes away. Walking distances to most of the places to see. Really in all ways a perfect place to stay for the money paid
