Location was great for walking to many shops, restaurants, and experiencing some of the history of Hot Springs. This was our second stay at this hotel and plan on coming back for a longer stay. "

The hotel was within walking distance of the casino/horse track. Plenty of free parking. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small, but it is a Microtel, so to be expected. I will definitely stay here again."

"We've stayed at this location before and it's not loud or uncomfortable. This time, the room must not have been in use for awhile because there was a dank smell. If you are expecting customers, at least check that the room smells nice. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioners in the wall containers and although I was happy to get a smoking room, the comforter had burn holes in it. "
