"The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch."

Ive reported the matter the person in charge of which I received no apology and i was told that the shower will be working perfectly the next morning. And not to my surprise it was not working. The water had sand as per the pics i will upload. The shower was ice cold and both my kids are now ill from standing in the shower waiting for hot water...
