"Everyone was really lovely, the location was perfect; it was close to the train station and close to Piccadilly Gardens. Really kind and lovely receptionists . Nothing to say there and The property itself is quite trendy and there's renovations going on, which wasn't too disruptive. Unfortunately, the amount of bathrooms in the the property are inadequate as there were only 2 available, one of the bathrooms had a detached toilet. The cleanliness of these bathrooms was lacking or simply too many...

"I accidentally left my iPad in the room, fortunately, their staff called me to remind me to retrieve it. Their service was truly outstanding, and I am very grateful for their help. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to the city center. I highly recommend their exceptional service and hospitality!"

"Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do."
