"The Pell has recently opened and they have done a great job with the remodeling of the previous hotel. It was out first stay with them and they hit a home run with us. Staff were great, the restaurant/bar in the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and clean as could be. The hotel is a quick drive to Newport center and central to many places to eat. We will stay there the next time we are in town."

"Visit during off season, room was ready but charging 50 dollars to check in early. This is just ridiculous! Talk about trying to squeeze every penny out of a quest. I was extremely dissappointed by this"

"My bff & I have been staying at this Residence Inn for about 10 yrs & always book a 2 bedrm suite. We come in early Dec. to do Christmas shopping in & around Newport. We used to stay at B&B's but it got to be too expensive. The Res Inn is perfect for us. We each have our own bathroom allowing us to get ready at the same time. We each have our own bedroom which allows us to not disturb each other. The beds & pillows are sooo comfortable. The rooms are clean. & having a kitchen area is a plus. We...

"We loved everything about the property, especially that there was parking! The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed a tylenol. The shower was hot, but the tub was shallow. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was i'm very comfortable. We were up in time to grab some coffee buttThe food needed to be microwaved. There were no directions, and it didn't seem to get cooked enough. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there and we will be returning! "
