From the sleek hardwood flooring to the elegant lighting fixtures, every little detail has been curated to create a chic ambiance.

In the bathroom, you'll find all the essentials you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, including a hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, body soap, and shower gel. I've made sure there's plenty of hot water, so you can take a relaxing shower whenever you like.

In the bedroom and laundry area, I've provided you with everything you need for a good night's rest, including soft towels, bed sheets, and comfortable bed linens. You'll also find hangers and plenty of clothing storage space to help you feel at home. And if you need to do some laundry, there's a washing machine and dryer available for your use.

When it comes to entertainment, I've got you covered with a flat-screen TV, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie in comfort. And if you need to work, there's high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace available to you.

In the kitchen and dining area, you'll find everything you need to cook your own meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, and induction stove, along with pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper. I've also provided you with dishes and silverware, so you can enjoy your meals in style. And if you need a pick-me-up in the morning, there's a coffee maker and hot water kettle at your disposal.

There is a communal washer available within the building for your convenience. It operates with coins for anyone who wishes to use it.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
