"I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! "

Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS..
