"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend vacation to Knobels. April has thought of everything when furnishing this VRBO. There is so much attention to detail and little touches everywhere. If we forgot something....it was there! The host's communication was excellent and most importantly the beds were comfy and the house was clean! "

"My girlfriend's and I go away every few months on a "girls" trip. This was our first time staying at the Tree Farm and we will be back. The house was SUPER CLEAN and decorated so nice. Beds were very comfortable and the dining room table was big enough to accommodate all 6 of us with plenty of room. Our main reason for choosing this property was because of the hot tub. "This cottage sits alongside Penns Creek. The views are amazing, the sounds of the creek are calming. The cottage itself is relaxing and has all the amenities you would need a short or a long stay.
