"Great location for a friends getaway weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Updated interior, clean, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot! "

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

(I believe the owner plans to fix the path soon). Two single kayaks and a paddleboard are provided, as well as 2 adirondack chairs on the dock--very nice spot to hang out once you get down there! It is worth noting that the street is a busy one with lots of traffic, day and night. The beds are comfortable...

"This place is exactly as listed, beautiful and newly renovated. Seriously, the host left no room for want or need.
