"The room was a little tight and dark. The toilet were cramped. The hotel seemed to have a lot of patrons with dogs staying (I am not sure how this is managed). We really enjoyed the bar downstairs with really good food and service. Our check service could be improved. The Christmas markets were very close by to the hotel. "

Great breakfast especially range of fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs benedict and omelette which were delicious. . Only negatives were Room was very warm and hot self serve food,although tasty, was cold. All in all would stay again and recomend to friends and family. Lovely stay. "

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
