"The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. The area late at night is not the best, with lots of rough sleepers so something to be aware of. I didn’t try the breakfast as, other than boiled...

"Wir haben die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen können, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab früher an einen Schlüssel zu kommen oder Gepäck abzustellen.Von der Veranstaltung her(DFB Pokal Finale) wäre es sehr schwierig geworden nochmal das Hotel anzufahren. Kein bisschen Entgegenkommen. Wir mussten dann privat bei Bekannten auf dem Fußboden schlafen"

"Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check In, da der Code für die Türöffnung nicht übermittelt, bzw. die Info zum Check In nicht übermittelt wurde. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde das Problem von einer netten Mitarbeiterin per Telefon gelöst. Die Auffindung der Unterkunft stellte sich sehr schwierig dar, zumindest zu den gegebenen Umständen , es regnete und war sehr dunkel. Wir fanden sie schließlich durch Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin der Pizzabäckerei um die Ecke....
