"The hotel is in an area where I wouldn’t feel too safe walking in after dark. However, the desk has suggestions for delivery options since the hotel does not have a restaurant on site. We walked to a nearby Thai food restaurant for dinner (before dark) and had a nice meal. The rooms were large and very clean. A/C worked fine and there was not excess noise from the hallway. "Alexis C., the lady who checked us in and who was the only person behind the counter was fantastic and cheerful. There must have been thirty to forty people in the lobby and entrance either checking in or out, waiting for or getting off a shuttle. She handled them all efficiently until there was just my wife and i left! She did a great job...and was back at the counter this morning...smiling"

"The property and the apartment was very clean. Front desk staff are courteous. This apartment claim of partial sea view is not entirely accurate given the location of the property. The parking is valet which you have to pay for separately. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable stay. "

"This was our first time in Miami and we had such a beautiful and wonderful trip. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was a rare delight! We felt safe and comfortable and taken care of! Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for closeness to South Beach as well as Downtown Miami. We spent a lot of time at the Midtown shops as well- just a perfect summer vibe all year round!
