LOCATION: Enjoy unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from your lofty living room. Situated in North Bay Village and centrally located, The Current by Roami is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach. It's the perfect home base to discover, explore, and enjoy Miami!

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property has 3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa (Queen) and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King
- Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
- Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress and Sleeper Sofa (Queen). *Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully-stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining table has seating for 5 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset.

FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available. Please park all oversized vehicles on the first floor.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,580 square feet.

A/C was SO loud we couldn’t turn it on when we were there or going to sleep. Turned it on when we left to cool it for our return. Just awful. Please fix it. Lovely place but AC has got to be fixed. Never received checkin info so we waited for 15-20 min at 11:30pm to find out how to get in. Fortunately someone called us back and was helpful

Dirty , peeling paint and poorly maintained.
The place was quite dirty. Paint peeilng in numerous places. Outdoor furniture had holes in the cushions . Dishwasher door broken . Few cup and glasses. Although they did respond quickly this place needs more than a good cleaning . The pictures online are misleading . This is not a luxury duplex.

Property is very beautiful. Price is affordable, it was 2 couples a total of 4 of us so we had more than enough space! Great location, 15-20 mins from Miami Beach. All amenities were accurate and working. Will be staying again next time in Miami :)

Overall a really great find.
Perfect spot. You will definitely need a car but it is an incredible loft on the water. Often seeing dolphins in the morning and evening from the balcony. This is a very large space, two bathrooms, and bedrooms on two different floors, which gave a lot of privacy. Washer and Dryer. Some great food places nearby like LA toast and a 15 minute drive to south Miami Beach for the more party area. Check in was simple as well and beds incredibly comfortable. Overall a really great find.

Me abs my friends really enjoyed staying here. The garage was very difficult and caused a few scratches on our rental so bd careful using the garage but other than that. We loved it.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days of R & R. The condo was very well kept, clean and well stocked. Loved the view from the balcony and the swimming pool. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Long weekend getaway
The property was large, clean, and everything except for the refrigerator was in good working order. The view out the large windows and from the balcony was amazing. The manager brought in a replacement refrigerator for our food. Exceptional management communications. I recommend this property.

Excellent place but complicated parking
Property is very well maintained and very comfortable. Location is also great. At arrival air conditioning was not working properly but it was taken care swiftly by the very nice staff. So... why not 5 stars ? Parking space is horrible. Lower level spot is very tight and next to a wall. Very difficult to get in /out. Second level parking spot was a bit better, but the ramp is extremely narrow. Lots of scratches in the walls indicate that this has been a problem for other guests. In summary, great place with lousy parking space.

When can I come back?
The girls trip was perfect, both the trip there and back.. but most importantly the time we spent at the condo! I cannot begin to describe how comfortable the beds are, or amazing the sunrise is in the morning. I honestly am coming back just to sit in the condo all day. I hated leaving, but the jet skis were right down the road and super fun too. Food at 222 Taco was great (and the drinks).. take it from me, a rather picky person, his place is not going to disapoint you in any way... until next year xoxo.
