This vacation condo is a large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, dining and living areas. It is outfitted with linens, towels and all of the kitchen basics. The apartment overlooks the spectacular pool area and tennis courts against the backdrop of the Aventura skyline from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV. separate vanity area, two walk in closets an en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The large living room is furnished with an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV, sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair . The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool, garden and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Free self parking is included for one car. The building charges a one time $51.00 administrative fee at time of check in to cover the cost of access fobs, wrist bands, etc. Valet parking fees apply for a second car.
Late Check-In procedures for Ocean Reserve:
- Guests arriving after 10 PM will be asked by security to show an email with a confirmation of their reservation.
- Security will provide a temporary pass for one night if guests have a vehicle to park. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform the guest of their parking space. If a guest is unaware of their parking space, they will have to use valet services.
- Guests must return the following day to complete the short-term check-in before 11:00 AM. Bring their temporary parking pass, and receive their wristbands and the new parking pass. All guests must be present at the front desk so wristbands can be provided and worn at the time of check-in.
- If the guest shows up after 11:00 AM, a double check-in fee will be charged ($41.50+$41.50 $83 total).
ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.
