"Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. "The hotel staff was excellent. They went above and beyond, housekeeping, concierge and desk staff were all wonderful made our 9 day stay great. The building, however, the AC and hallway carpets were old and dated. E.g., the AC was blowing 24/7 just to keep the room at a mere 69 degrees. We had an ocean view room and didn't open the balcony door much but still felt humidity in the room. Also, the balcony door didn't close securely; a few nights we had 25mph winds and we heard a loud whistling...

"It’s a lovely resort. The staff is excellent and professional. There was a very long wait for check in, the room wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after check in, and we found two hairs in the room. But the landscaping and facilities are outstanding and we would go back again to be down in the middle of Miami beach"
