"We gad a great time. Nicolo was very helpful and hospitable. The property is very close to the train station and so you're walking less than three or four minutes to get there. We had an early flight out of Palermo and so we needed to be as close as possible to the train station to catch that flight. This is not a quiet area. But, none of downtown Palermo is quiet. If you are a light sleeper or if you simply do not like street noise, this will not work for you. I'm just giving you a heads...

"The room was lovely and the location was brilliant. Just a few steps from the bus, train and tram stations and an easy walk into the city centre. Breakfast was provided, although sadly we had leave before this was available, but there were drinks and snacks in the afternoon which was a treat. Since it was necessary to have a key code for entry after 13.00 I was getting rather agitated....

There was also some mildew in the shower. "Lovely property full of character, it did have an elevator that was cleverly placed to not keep the integrity and character. We had the last room on top with the shower in the middle of the room. The room was spacious, water did take a while to heat up. Breakfast got redundant after 4 mornings, boiled eggs, pastry, 3 slices of cheese, meat and toast. Had my fill of persimmons, they did have a bowl of mixed fruits on each table and yogurt. Maybe since it was winter would have loved some warm food...

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service.
