"Pessimo...struttura vecchia..ok poco male... Ma senza bidet e sopratutto molto sporco. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere la pulizia nel monolocale perché abbiamo trovato il bagno in pessime condizioni.. Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. "I would return to the ski area but not to this hotel. The resort is great for beginners and intermediates with reasonable lift pass and equipment rental prices, good blue runs for beginners, reds are challenging in places but mostly wide and mangeable. Hotel is perfect for pistes being at the end of a run with gondola and chairlift 1min from the ski room. Pool was a good size, the gym was quite big but I didn't use it. "The Hotel treats the people staying at the residences like intruders. If you want to use the facilities at the Hotel which it advertises are available to the residences, stay at the hotel. The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...
