"The worst place you could possibly stay at. Facility was old, booked rooms were unavailable, had to wait for 50 minutes to check in after a 17 hours flight, customer service at the bar was below poor. "

"Nice stay, i highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, they have 3 different ones with sea water, phosphorus and sweet water. The rooms are comfortable, big dressing room and amazing bathroom with a big tub. They gave us welcome cold drink, pineapple juice and we found fruits in the suites as well. Meriem hajri"

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program "
