"The stay wasn’t good at all. No hot water during my stay . I asked the receptionist more 3 times to fix the problem to no avail. I don’t think I will visit the place again ."

"Nous avons apprecié notre sejour, c'était une premiere pour nous à Djerba. Les plages sont pas loin et très sympa, les taxis pas chers et la possibilité de se deplacer facilement. La résidence est très bien entretenu, les piscines sont top aussi bien la privée que la grande piscine. Le vis a vis etait respecté et nous avons beaucoup apprecié. Nous avons pris avec l'option demi-pension petit dejeuner et repas du soir. Chloé nous a régaler avec des repas savoureux meme s'il serait préférable de...

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "

"The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program "

"Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"
