"I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. The property the cabin sits on is so beautiful as well. My kids and I had such a great time! The location is also close to Seven Springs Creek Ski Resort, which is ideal. "

"We enjoyed every part of this trip. The property owner/manager took the time to meet us and show us around with specific directions which helped us find the location with ease. The property is so conveniently located near Ohio Pyle right off 40, but is quiet and secluded with a beautiful view of Beaver Creek from the large deck. The property came well equipped with everything we needed, with well thought out extras and convenience. "

"Very great communication with hosts prior to stay, cute and quaint little cabin chalet just as described. Fully supplied kitchen made for meal prep pretty easy. Bring groceries bc the area has limited options nearby. We knew this ahead of time and probably saved us time and money. "

"A gorgeous property, with many great details that are unmentioned on the website, that would be good to know in considering rental (lots of games, puzzles- also a very well outfitted kitchen with nice pantry with large cooking pots, crockpot, multiple 9x13 pans, cake and bread pans, springform pan, hand mixer, spices) which were a happy discovery for our family group of 10 who like to cook. The managing agency was not well aware of details and was able to answer some of our questions promptly,...

"We had a short and wonderful stay at this chalet. It was a great place to crash after skiing all day. The house is beautiful and spacious; great common rooms, especially the gameroom/basement/bar area! Jen, the host, is very communicative and kind. We all slept very comfortably and enjoyed waking up to the snowy view of the woods! We will definitely be back for our next ski trip!"

"The primary reason for the stay was normally could see at Seven Springs, about a 12 minute drive away. Given the warm weather, we were also able to enjoy the property. We had bonfires each night, several trips to the pond (a must see) and we even walked to the winery next door. The location, check in and facilities were just as described. "We stayed at this lovely chalet style townhouse to visit family over Christmas. We appreciated the cleanliness and the warmth of the house during some cold winter nights. Our two pups loved it, too. The owner quickly helped us trouble-shoot an issue with the lock and was very responsive. "Property is beautiful, well appointed, and perfect location. A great place for extended families to spread out and enjoy! We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and this was one of our favorites. Our family skied everyday right from the house to the slopes. The college football viewing set up was great too! The “basketball court”is one hoop set up in a heated garage. We thought we would set up our pickleball net and get a game going, but no room for that. Property manager came through at the last...

A Comfortable Stay

"There are a lot of hotel options in Somerset, PA from higher end to lower. For me the Comfort Inn fit what I needed and wanted to spend. I called to see if an early check in might be available, the woman who answered was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check in when I did arrive was simple and efficient. The room was great. My only complaint was the power outlet situation at the desk. The outlet was a bit older and my computer charger kept falling out. The desk lamp didn't have plug ins or USB adapters as many do now (the bedside lamp did however) so I was forced to rig something up. I found I could keep the charger in by moving the desk against it, basically pinning the charger to the outlet. Not a great situation but it worked. Other than that, everything was all good and I would return for another stay. As an added bones, the hotel does offer a discount coupon for dining at the Pine Grill - a good nearlby restaurant."

Days Inn by Wyndham Somerset PA I-70 I-76

"We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance. Located directly at the turnpike interchange and a great value for the cost. "
