"This campground is so cute, clean and perfect. Great views of the mountains, cute little river to get wet on hot days (very shallow though). I give the campground and area 5 stars. The camper was beautiful, equipped with pretty much all you need. My only complaint is the beds, and I dont like to complain, but man they are hard as rocks. Sleeping on them was very uncomfortable for the whole family, All of them. Definitely could use some matress upgrading or maybe plan to bring some kind of...

"Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights. "A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. The kitchen is definitely a bit small with not a lot of cooking supplies and the WiFi wasn’t set up, but besides that it was just what we needed."
