"The only issue we had is that we could not enjoy time on the terrace due to events that were planned. We were told only adults were allowed. We traveled with children and were disappointed to not be able to enjoy that part of the hotel experience. We did check out the event and saw that the people enjoying the event were all employees we had seen throughout the day. It would be nice for events that include all ages."
