"Spent the weekend with a small group of friends. The tranquil lake front retreat was perfect for our stay. The kitchen space was large and offered plenty of utensils and cooking amenities. The back porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We also took advantage of the fishing dock where we caught plenty of catfish and other species, I would definitely recommend this property to small groups or families with kids. "

"Our family of 13 stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. There was SO much room for college kids/teens to stake their claim. The arcade/game room was a huge hit….we hardly saw the grandkids, except at mealtime! Each room has its own theme, so special!! To be right on the lakeside was so beautiful!! "Our group was fishing a bass tournament on Linestone and we stayed at this place for a few nights. WOW, it’s setup so perfect for a large group and also for two groups that may want a little privacy. Very clean and homeowners are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back. "Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back...

"Lovely property, beautifully cared for and an excellent place to make great lake-time memories. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but our time was quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable. The sun room allows you to feel as though you are outside while still being comfortable indoors."

"I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. The neighbors are extremely quiet. Dogs are not leashed in the neighborhood but were no problems in our walks to the lakeside nearby. The...
