"Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!"

Next door to delicious focaccia/pizza, many restaurants, caffè, gelato, shopping, sites, etc. 10min. Uber from Porta Susa. Very nice view/ window we had opened for air flow, but to a busy corridor of overnight activity (people walking home, teens, etc.). One of us slept through, one of us did not, just fyi.🙃"
