"The view of Isola Bella from the private balcony and from inside the family room with large window was breathtaking. House is very spacious with each bedroom having its own private bath & shower. Shower space is bigger than most properties in Italy and water pressure incredible. Host is very responsive and gave us a detail tour upon check-in which we appreciated. There's access to the infinite pool and private rocky beach below with incredible views. The host filled the refrigerator and cabinets...

"Beautiful apartment, short walk to market and town. Be advised the path is very steep. We met the owner just outside of the central area, where he took our bags and drove us to the place. The apartment is well appointed but was missing some minor accessories, like shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer. We got lost after venturing out the next day, we couldnt find the exact path back, and had to call the owner for a map. It is close to the cable car and Antico Teatre. Also if you venture off...

"We had a wonderful & relaxing stay despite the disruptions to our flights to & from Catania (airport fire). The villa was clean and tidy but 3rd bedroom did not have air-conditioning. The owners were very helpful, recommending & booking restaurants, all the way to providing home grown vegetables & fresh eggs."

"The apartment itself is very clean and has a nice terrace with a very stunning view. There were some minor issues, one of the fans was not working so it was pretty hot at night. It should be noted, as others have said, that this place is very difficult to access. The access road is extremely steep and narrow, so prepare yourself for a difficult drive. The host outlined instructions and provided pictures, but we arrived at night and had some difficulty getting to where we needed to go."
